Hubby’s belly-button bday! 🥳🎉😍 Went to the Alaska Native Heritage Center - WONDERFUL place! Then did a “twilight soak” at a Nordic spa. Absolutely wonderful! And the scenery on the drive is SPECTACULAR!!! Plus - even tho it is after 11 pm local time, the sun has not yet set! Most excellent!!

On Friday had the joy of being present for the Golden State Valkyries first ever league game! What a beloved community gathers in “Ballhalla” to support women! Truly balm for the soul!!

Had a very full day - including driving by a couple protests to boost morale with wildly honking my horn! 🙌🏽
AND - got to take a class in working with molten glass. Made a marble! (It is actually clear - one can see the rose bushes reflecting in the glass.)

Wow! On this beautiful Earth Day I saw a phenomenon I had never seen before! A “sun dog.” The pics I took are great, but maybe you can see: a glowing reflection of the sun with a rainbow streak on the left side. (Click on the second image to see both the sun and the “dog” more clearly.)
Well, the sun did not make an appearance at sunrise, but a glowing candle in the window cheered this meaningful morning ❤️ May you experience joy and sacredness this day.
