I don't understand why the publicly available info from Bukele(tweets)& Minister of Foreign Affairs(memo) doesn't prove that the US has some type of control/say over these prisoners. They say they're imprisoning the 1st ~300 men for $6mil for 1 yr (renewable) pending US decisions on disposition
