79° on the ground but snow in the mountains. Air is crystal clear with a cool breeze. Enjoyed a lovely walk, got lunch in a new food hall, movie, now taking the fascist-communist train home. Just another miserable day in California.

Irritating development, these two test vehicles pulled up just in front of me. Good news, they only charge to 80% so they finished quickly & left. Plus, nice guys.

Finally tried this sandwich at Calabama. Long story short she started selling sandwiches from her fire escape during COVID, lowered them down in a bucket. 4 years later she opened a store selling one thing, this sandwich, it hits right.

Our stray adoptee is finally settling in & trying to fit in with the other dogs. Today, tug-o-war with her brother. He’s twice her weight & solid muscle, but she’s trying so hard.

As usual, Studio Catering is a winner with Korean chicken slider & Asian fusion burrito. Toffee macaroon is also good, creamy filling not OVERLY sweet.
