Jesus weeps for the horror people have unleashed on so many of their fellow human beings by electing this evil man and Jesus weeps that so many of them do so in His name.

You cannot justify all the damage the second Trump administration is going to do to so many lives based on a completely un-Biblical understanding of when life begins.

You cannot say that Trump may be flawed, but so was David and he was anointed Messiah. God may work through flawed vessels, but ultimately he judges them just as he judges everyone, just as he eventually judged David.

And this is not only on the personal level. God the Father does not just judge individuals who do not support oppressed groups. God the Father judges cities and nations and governments that do not support oppressed groups. This is the sin of Sodom, despite what you may have been falsely taught.

But, Jesus, firmly in the line of the prophets of Israel and Judah, would very clearly say that God the Father judges people on how they treat the poor, widows, orphans, and strangers/foreigners. This prophetic tradition is one of strongest links throughout all of Judeo-Christian history.

And Jesus also would not be surprised at the results as he knew that this world was ruled by the dark powers of the universe like Sin and Death, Greed and Hate.

On the one hand, Jesus thought the world was coming to an end in his day. Contemporary events meant little since this world was going to be through at any moment.
