It's a nice flight product with really good service. The airport is new and the lounge is exquisite. They used to be good re price esp from SFO, the times were just annoying since the connections were always long. They don't I think have great partner alliances so your miles there may be trapped.

It was nice to have the advance warning of incoming calls and messages!
