THAT SAID, I personally found that my battery gets recharged in smaller circles (online and offline) and I don’t believe the internet is entirely cooked as a whole for that reason.

I can see what you mean, especially in the context of freelance/contract work. Having to be your own ad team on top of everything else is exhausting and having to engage with social media cesspits is soul crushing.

I mean, in some places yes, but I feel like it wasn’t really that long ago where kids were starting to be advised NOT to share stuff on their Facebook pages about stuff they were doing to ensure that they wouldn’t be rejected for jobs.
