severance just feels twist driven and algorithmically optimized to create buzz / debate / speculation / social media analysis of plothooks that will be used if the series remains profitable

i'll gladly listen to vince gilligan and co tell a deeply humanist story, over evaluate the importance of mundanity, and showcase some emotionally resonant interactions (character development is actually fairly rare and usually self contained to only the series protagonist)

i appreciate the thoughts on plur1bus as it seems it could be writing cheques that may not cash
the show writer does have 1 excellent and 1 middling show under his belt

i always used the playstation button to go to the menu to pause games like dark souls 3, etc

unless they're whinging about the PC
i wouldn't expect gaming outlets to know how to use windows system tools to pause and resume processes

but they could still just use sleep mode on their device

silksong caused delays because of some kind of magical gravitational pull
and then hades 2 slingshotted off of that gravitational pull

wow there sure are a lot of settings auto set to hide posts for things that are "against bluesky tos"
where, the accounts are being suspended and banned and you see the spam dms from them disappear
i'm confused why i need this setting set to autohide all of those accounts at the same time

was disappointed to read on a wiki page (after i unlocked wiking for myself post true end)

i didn't think that hk would eat your inputs in 2025,
but i guess the buggy feeling of wall jump, the eating of double jumps, and the no inputs on hit are all prevention systems for early damage boost skips

i guess the colliseum 3 boss had my ticket punched the first few times i saw it, but i was also trying to do it without all of the upgrades (double jump lmao) and not full nail/full masks

once you've seen it in the pantheon a few times, you realize how easy it is to trivialize with a spaced pogo

extending your iframes is one thing? but shortening the time that your hit animation eats inputs for is fairly significant for the chain failures you experience in colliseum 3

and also the one colliseum is only really hard because wall cling has bad startup and lag frames, wall jump feels buggy and gets buggier when you have double jump (because they expect double jump to compensate for it) and the hidden mechanic of baldur shell which i've been using more in future runs

looking forward to silksong once i annihilate hk and or salt out of the last few pantheons / steel soul 100 but i'm still extracting genuine value

biggest gripes for silksong are i'm hoping for less projectiles that directly track you while attached to the screen, & hoping for less buggy wall jump

as they are a necessary part of the difficulty curve
i'd strongly consider trying some of the colliseums in steelsoul 100 despite the obvious risk but never fools since the walljump is so unreliable
