Because nothing is happening here. 2 black hawk helicopters have been circling Portland for a couple weeks . It’s loud and unsettling.

I live in Portland. There are 2 black hawk helicopters flying in circles over our city. They have been doing this for a couple of
weeks. I see them out my window at work and see them at night when I am out walking or sitting in my rose garden. Here is “ war torn Portland’

My corner of war torn Portland. We went for a motorcycle ride through Portland yesterday and then had lunch. No riots , no troops, just sunshine , water and people walking and shopping.
