If I remember correctly, there's a statistic out there somewhere that says for every homeless man, woman, AND child, there are something like six empty houses. We don't have a "homeless" problem. We have a greed problem.

How? How is he free to do this? Is he not in jail? Is he not barred from any contact with you?
