My opinion: Asajj & IG90 are the two most interesting and the ones I’m most excited for. New Vader is by far the strongest of the 6.

Unfortunately I don’t see much happening with Luke, Yoda/Chewie and Barris. Hopefully I’m wrong there.

Darth Vader (Duel’s End): An absolutely bonkers ability kit. This character should dominate. Essentially raises the Palpatine & Mara team back to the valuation position it had 2-3 years ago before they lost Starkiller. Does a lot of what SK did, but with a new twist. #swgoh

Asajj Ventress (Dark Disciple): VERY fun kit. Should bring Boba Scion back into relevance alongside the newly added 4LOM & Zuckuss. Excited to see this in action. Begs the question… when and where is Quinton Vos? #swgoh

Yoda & Chewie: Conceptually a really fun addition to the game. Should lift the Wookie team into some sort of relevance, but a GAC omicron which turns off when matched against a Galactic Legend is really disappointing. Probably will not move the needle other than that one Wookie mission in TB. #swgoh

Inquisitor Barris: Interesting kit. Feels like they just wanted shoehorn her character into the game. Like Luke, creates a 3v3 team with unused characters. Cannot go with Reva or Grand Inquisitor. Maybe lackluster in the long run. #swgoh

IG90: Awesome. Brings much needs mechanics to an Aphra team Taunt on the summoned droid, stealth to Aphra, team ability to ignore taunt. Very exciting droid. #swgoh

Stormtrooper Luke: Designed for the early game player. Interesting kit which utilizes otherwise unused units. Most likely mediocre overall, but may find good usability with GL Leia Organa. #swgoh

The video was a teaser for an egregiously long blog post outlining a lot of really great overhauls coming to the game. Surely there will be some growing pains but the future for Galaxy of Heroes is bright. Can’t wait!
