I grew that tree from a 3 inch tall scrap in a pot and this is perhaps my third greatest life achievement.
Why not give it IV intra-op? Wouldn’t personally fancy a spray up the snozz.

Ultimately, I think it is an approach from a now distant past and doesn't serve anyone particularly well anymore. We need to move forward and reshape medical training in the UK. Rationalising rotation to its natural minimum for those who come next seems like the right thing to me to do.
