This kid has the correct answer for every question thrown his way. He seeks like a really high character guy and a hard worker. I really hope the team surrounds him with some talent this offseason to help him out.

If the Krafts do want to move on from Mayo (admittedly a big IF), would Mike Vrabel be a candidate to replace him? And also, what is Josh McDaniels doing these days? Is there any talk of him going with Bill to UNC as his Off Coordinator? If not, would he be an option here under a Vrabel regime?
