I decided to do it in MSPaint with a mouse, i think i accidentally modernized it. I was trying to give it that VHS blur but by hand. (chubbier and angle changed mouth, i swear i didnt mean to do that.)

I've been working on converting some old pallets into digital to see if i can work with them. to force me into a restricted pallet.
The Vintage comic image was very crowded due to the compression, so im manually turning it into its own pallets in other pallets. #art #palette
