This is not good. With fewer examiners banks and bankers would now be able to make more risky investments and lower the capital they are supposed to keep in reserve in order to prepare for potential loss.

They have been hitting the little towns between Albany and Poughkeepsie. Also NYC. The Blue states seems to be getting hit hard.
