I am not one to sit around and after the rain and hail this morning the sun came out at 3pm so got a last hike in on half of the Perimeter Trail in Ouray. #photography

Lets hope eventually a cure. It can be managed but still it's tougher when in the bones. I had surgery 7 years ago, a biological reoccurrence last year, surgery and radiation plus ADT therapy. 14 months to go with the Lupron but back running and cycling. Side effects yes, but fighting on. At 68.
