I was just in Paris for nine days, and yes, I was jet lagged some of that time and jaded about the state of everything back here, but everyone in Paris seemed happy and unbothered! I’m convinced it’s because residents aren’t worried about basic necessities being met. Also the Metro is a gem.

I appreciate the intention behind this post, I’m a big fan of “not fan the flames of violence,” but on the “what unites us is bigger than what divides us” point, it’s gonna be a no for me.
