In settings I have granted Bluesky "always allow all" permission to my photos and videos. What's up with that?

Request for advice. I've used Multipass on my M1 MacBook Air for over a year to host an Ubuntu VM I build with cloud-init. A few months ago Multipass refused to start my VM and reports its state as "Unknown". I haven't been able to fix this problem and I've considered switching to UTM or QEMU.
