Well the Marrs bar is still going strong if you want the nostalgia hit too! Can gladly provide a hit list of venues if you ever find yourself in the area

I'm very aware that there is home town bias in my opinion. But for the size of the city, Worcester's beer scene is incredible. High level proper historic & modern pubs, an incredible Belgian cafe & top bars serving craft beer. Plus probably the best Guinness for many miles around found in Tonic

I'm lucky enough to live in the part of the Black Country where Bathams Mild is still accessible easily, but the loss of Banks's is a brutal loss to the Wolverhampton area. It's a terrible loss for the area and for the next generation of drinkers. Drinking pints of Mild IS Black Country heritage

It almost defies definition as a liquid but it was almost sherry-like, it's a rare treat for sure and I'd recommend anyone who sees it buys some, we've been lucky to get some at the Drinks Distributor I work for so I can thankfully secure some more bottles

Was lucky enough to try this on a visit to Oliver's a couple of months ago, it is an absolute remarkable drink.
