I don't know if it would be as quiet here in Spain as it seems for you. Last time I took a train from Madrid to Valencia, a couple decided to stop and talk in the corridor right next to me. It was a bit awkward.

Oh, now I see that it expires in a year, but since it is in your niche if it is not renewed in a year, and it is cheap, it could be a good acquisition if it has backlinks.
