Who will represent the IRS against Trump? This is a serious question.

This is what they are reacting to:

And before he saw the polling on how unpopular ICE invasions are.

Exactly, the tariffs were a gift to these corporations to see how high they could raise prices. Of course the prices won't come back down.

But it seems like they may kick it back down to the courts, based on the lack of facts in the actual case, and not answer the questions about Fed independence.
January 21, 2026 at 4:13 PM
But finding crimes is not the point. Harassment is the point.
January 21, 2026 at 2:12 PM
It's funny to see Trump threaten tariffs when SCOTUS will knock down tariffs in two days.
January 18, 2026 at 4:18 PM
I don't know who this guy is, but he's responsible for about 90 percent of the stupid shit from Fox News people post.
January 14, 2026 at 6:31 PM
This is straight out of Trump's legal playbook. First threaten. Then maybe investigate. Then maybe charge. Then maybe go to trial. There is a dropoff at each stage. By the time this BS goes to trial, he typically loses. But that's not the point. The point is to intimidate with the DOJ.

Does CBS think hey are going to get new viewers with MAGA news? Those viewers are not going to leave Fox News. They'll just lose more normal viewers.
January 14, 2026 at 4:18 PM
General strikes are how you put an end to this BS quickly.
January 14, 2026 at 4:17 PM
You need qualified prosecutors to build strong cases that will hold up in Grand Juries and in trials. As we've seen so far, with cases like the sandwich thrower, James Comey, and Liticia James, inexperienced prosecutors do not build strong cases and then in course do not succeed.
January 14, 2026 at 4:13 PM
Brett Kavanaugh is responsible for all of these arrests.
January 13, 2026 at 10:51 PM
Once one found out this was being run out by Jeanine Pirro, you just knew it was a total shitshow.

Everybody is literally everybody in the country. Nobody believes these lies. This is a Kent State moment.

So they won't know each other? Just hire the GM, and let the GM hire the coach. Or better, hire the coach, and let the coach hire the GM. That seems to be the best working model.
January 5, 2026 at 4:12 PM
This seems like a very difficult case to take to trial. Does the DOJ have the legal team to pull this off? Insurance and parking garage lawyers won't cut it.
January 5, 2026 at 4:03 PM
I knew it. This is all about Rubio wanting to invade Cuba.
January 3, 2026 at 5:35 PM
The battery won't last, whatever it is, because of network calls and cpu usage.
November 24, 2025 at 4:09 PM
Rubio deserves zero respect. He is a disgrace. Totally responsible for eliminating USAID. Only walks back a peace plan that sells out Ukraine and was written by Putin when Rubio finds out it’s not popular.
November 22, 2025 at 4:36 AM
Somebody needs to education Marco Rubio about Neville Chamberlain.

How did she imply that Comey would have to testify?
November 17, 2025 at 4:19 PM
It's not just any old gap. It's a gap in her instructions to the Grand Jury before deliberations.
November 14, 2025 at 3:26 PM
Totally agree. No files will be released.
