As someone who doesn't go to the movie theater as much as they used to, this week I got out and saw 4 of the best picture nominees, and it was really nice and...energizing? But a big factor for me was they were all $6.50 instead of $20; that's $26 total instead of $80.

I'm rewatching Singles, and getting nostalgic for all of the little 90's details that don't really exist anymore...then a character said she was looking for the perfect combination of Mel Gibson and Holden Caufield, and hoo boy, what an extremely toxic combination that did not age well.

I went into this Notre Dame/NC State game rooting for ND, but any team that can pull ahead 9 points in double OT deserves the win

As a long time fan of both movies, I can't believe it took me until Christmas 2024 to realize that Back to the Future II's alternative reality is a play on the one in It's a Wonderful Life. All the way down to the missing Georges!
