Did you see the weird blacktop sidewalk ramp in the bike lane at like 12th and 46th? I couldn't tell if it was temp and still to be removed.

For the hydro that is run of river with little reservoir capacity, how much storage (hrs) do they typically have? Is there any activity around developing BESS or LDES colocated at existing dams?
