The Most Dangerous Sentence in the Merit Hiring Plan HR Page 1, bottom paragraph, Item #2: "Prevent the hiring of individuals based on their race, sex, or religion, and prevent the hiring of individuals who are unwilling to defend the Constitution OR to faithfully serve the Executive Branch;" Emphasis on OR! I'm calling this the "fascist exclusion" clause. So new hires have a choice: defend the Constitution or follow orders and defend the Executive!

Trump is intentionally tanking everything so he can declare a state of emergency, which is his doorway into dictatorship. He knows exactly what he's doing. It's important not to be fooled by the veil of idiocy. What he is doing is exactly what Hitler did. Trump is a great con artist, one of the best. That takes skill. Don't underestimate his abilities.

Outside of internal challenges, the order could derail some of the command's most high-profile missions involving a top U.S. digital adversary, including in Ukraine. The command sent "hunt forward" teams to Kyiv in the run-up to the Kremlin's assault to harden its digital defenses. It has since paid close attention to how Moscow uses its digital capabilities, especially for intelligence purposes. Elon Musk posted on X in January 2024, regarding aviation hiring, "It will take an airplane crashing and killing hundreds of people for them to change this crazy policy of DIE." A claim circulating online in late January 2025 alleged Elon Musk, the tech entrepreneur heading up the new U.S. Department of Government Efficiency, once posted on X that it would take an airplane crash for the government to end a "crazy" hiring policy involving diversity, equity and inclusion. Users on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok and X shared the claim about the purported Musk post, which read, "It will take an airplane crashing and killing hundreds of people for them to change this crazy policy of DIE." The text featured a misspelling of DEI. The rumor Musk created the post was true. He posted (archived) the message on Jan. 9, 2024, in response to a user who, according to NBC News, speculated United Airlines pilots who went to historically Black colleges and universities would score lower than the average of IQ of Air Force pilots. That user later deleted their post.

Lesson 1 from “On Tyranny.” The 1962 Milgram study was replicated in 1985 and even though the later participants had heard of Milgram’s obedience study, roughly the same percentage (65% or 2/3rds) were willing to obey and shock a fellow test subject to possible death. #Guardrails are important.
Do not obey in advance. Resist. Do not offer an oppressive government what it wants. Do not anticipate its needs and offer up what you think it wants. To do so teaches power what it can do.
