This is why my last keyboard (Korg M50) had an onboard sequencer so I wouldn't have to deal with software as much. And software wasn't even as annoying back then.

I got a new MIDI controller and of course it came with a bunch of software for me to install as well. Hours later, no music, just downloads.

I also ordered a 2-piece Microsoft Surface style keyboard case. Can't wait to get that and likely be disappointed with it, too.

I see there are a couple of Surface-style 2-piece keyboards now, too. I prefer the Magic keyboard style, but I might have to try at least one of those out so I can probably complain about that, too. 😀
