If I were thinking like a Trump Republican right now, as a doctor who believes in our democracy, I would not treat Republicans. That's effectively what I see going on. That kind of thinking.

I am angry, tired and resolved. I'm trying to get my head around the fact that at age 73 I'm going to be dealing with the orange felon and his posse of ignorant bullies for the rest of my life, refuting everything I was taught as a young man about being a good American. Beyond sad. Soul-killing.
