I’m sure there’s some people who would say I didn’t look bad simply because I was skinny, but I ate probably once a day at most back then so I think it’s safe to say I was far from healthy or good. I regularly eat 3 meals now even though it’s hard, but I’m healthy and that’s what matters.

It wasn’t safe to be creative in my household growing up, so my brain said “well I guess we can never be creative around anyone ever,” and now if I’m not home alone it shuts off my creativity. I’ve noticed this for years but couldn’t understand why until today, now I have to turn it off
