The pillow uses a regular collar to ensure it stays in place. Otherwise the Yoyo's super cute head would slip out easily. The collar has to be snug around the neck. It's a great solution. The cone was a nightmare, "klunk! klunk! klunk!" on the furniture, walls, doorways. Pillow is superior.
