Very few of my Sounders fan friends are going to the games. This tournament doesn’t feel like nothing, but it doesn’t feel important enough to buy tickets advertised at 3x MLS prices.
On the other hand I’ve been impressed by the turnout of non-MLS fans. So yeah, not the disaster it could have been.
