Currently transcribing the 1900 census for my local historical society. This is one of the categories included… “how many children were born to this woman and how many are alive”. One family lost 5 children to diphtheria in a 6 week span.

When I worked for a military contractor our contract was “cost plus” ( the plus being some fixed %). One can easily imagine how quickly those “costs” can increase with even the slightest change in scope. The F35 is a good example.

That’s what infuriates me!!! They are growing food to sell to another country. How is this an American taxpayer problem?

Good article and well meaning suggestions which I will try and uphold when, AND ONLY WHEN, a MAGA comes to me seeking knowledge. I will NOT reach out to them first. Just like addicts, they need to realize that they have a problem.

The last part of your “skeet” reveals the inherent flaw in the US Constitution… it relies on the moral strength of those in charge to ensure its implementation in the manner in which it was intended. Once you lose that moral integrity it just becomes “a damn piece of paper”

I was working in manufacturing when all of the process analysis trends (Six Sigma, Poke-Oke, JIT etc..) broke into the mainstream. One constant across all of these initiatives was that the HUMAN is always the weakest link in the process and their effect must be minimized.
