Products bound for Canada that come through the US do not get tariffed by the US afaik. The increase for us was because the Canadian dollar is weaker

In fairness, that was a legit currency adjustment because our dollar is weaker. The US adjustment that came after was tariff caused though

I did 10 online matches and got 3 3 lap options, and 1 3 lap race chosen by random.

Seems to be a very consistent 2 forced intermission races into 1 race you can choose a 3 lap for, but 10 races isn’t enough to know for sure.

I agree with you that the intermissions are how they wanted World to be played, and I hope they do add a classic mode. I'm just annoyed Nintendo is forcing us into it.

Also, the intermissions come from a mistranslation during an interview that's stuck around AFAIK.

A separate mode is all us 3 lappers want. Personally I don't mind the intermissions but the tracks have some of the best driving in the franchise and the intermissions have almost none of that.

Nintendo saw the issue, and decided to treat the symptom and not the cause for some reason.

I would defo pay for that kinda thing. 2 also has some weird pacing issues in what is otherwise a solid 9/10 game
