Just downsized to the smaller 'Baby' size! Swapping the cages through the open PA ring went much smoother than I feared, so now it's just a question of comfort for long-term. I have been able to sleep in flat or inverted cages before, so I can only hope this works out fine

Again, I really like flat designs!
Everything fits in fine, though not much urethra reaches the opening (for peeing).
Mostly comfortable, until some light pinching started around the piercing hole, which might be a bad sign..
I guess flat cages are not ideal with a PA 😔

I love flat cages, so I had high hopes here 🥲
First, I had to remove the captive bead so the PA could pass through the bars, which is mostly what I want to avoid..
Then the piercing placement forces the top of pp to escape a bit, especially during straining..
Not a winner sadly

most unlikely, i was afraid the hole would not line up with both ends of the PA.. But somehow very comfortable?? We might have a winner?? It felt comfortable even through a nice session!! The balls separation feels a bit awkward as expected, but nothing worse than usual chastity 😌

somehow more comfortable? The larger 50mm round base ring feels comfier, but it does require a strap to avoid pp escape. However!! after some time, part of my glans started escaping through the front slit: not painful at all, but this is probably "Not Good™" for blood circulation??
