What kind of plane?

Any donation is appreciated, but if you also look for significance in numbers, then:

At $3 per km, that's a $36 donation

At $6 per km, that's a $72 donation

At $10 per km, that's a $120 donation

They're all tax deductible, AFAIK.

Leading up to Pedal for Kids, I'll be participating in a Jog-a-thon with the team. Of relevance to the this cause, I plan to run at least 12 km, one km for each of the specialties that treats William, the spokeschild of our cause: secure.fondationduchildren.com/site/TR/Even...

This year, donations will go toward building a state-of-the-art Children’s Dentistry Clinic, the first of its kind in 🇨🇦, designed to support kids with complex medical needs, behavioral challenges, and those from underserved communities. It will also be a space for research and training.

We, Canadians, have an opportunity to seize this moment. If we sit idly by, we know what can happen. Why not try something different? Make that call, sign that agreement, ask for that support, shake that hand….collaborate.

Our community needs operators, innovators, supporters, investors, and many others. Be loud about your successes, about your aspirations, about your contributions.
March 4, 2025 at 4:33 PM
3️⃣ Get louder. Our nature is to be reserved. But now is not the time. If you believe in a Canadian life sciences community, you need to fight for it. It doesn’t just *exist*. You need to contribute, however you can.
March 4, 2025 at 4:33 PM
2️⃣ Pay it forward. Don’t pull ladders up behind you. New innovators, entrepreneurs, and participants in our community are facing new challenges and need support. Bring them along. Have a coffee with them. Offer mentorship. Speak to students. Get people excited about contributing. Be a multiplier.

1️⃣ Partner. Work together with others to build something bigger than the sum of your parts. There is so much talent all around you and untapped ambition to harness. There is no reason for logistical or administrative challenges to prevent this kind of collaboration. If there is a will, there is a way

It would seem, now more than ever, we need to work together to move forward, to innovate, and to further elevate Canada on the world stage. Here are simple ways you can contribute meaningfully:

As recently as a few months ago, I pointed to what I thought (and think) is the most powerful tool we have in our toolbelt here in the Great White North: #Collaboration.

The past two days, I was in Ottawa for #BIONATION2024. Much like two years ago, I’m leaving this event inspired and motivated. Before I share some of my own…

Since I’ve joined the Canadian life sciences industrial ecosystem, I’ve wondered how we might double-down on our strengths and (re)discover our unique value proposition as Canadians.

You didn’t like the 30 seconds he spent detailing why it’s important for a defender to have a stick in the game of hockey…?

Should be able to decline a PS and get a PP instead. Know if the league ever discussed that?
