She recommends pairing it with beta-caryophyllene, for pain. I was already taking CannandaCrew CB2 for neuroinflammation when I added PEA for pain.

Per Dr. T (on Twitter), “Few treatments can touch neuropathic pain. PEA is a promising treatment - but issues related to bioavailability and purity have hampered its usefulness. Formulation is crucial (must be ultra-micronized) and dose is important. Some new formulations also worth looking at.”

I take Neurogan PEA Pro (from Amazon), I started at double the bottle dose, then the bottle dose after my pain came down to tolerable levels. I haven’t noticed any side effects for me. I have noticed my sleep has been better, but whether it was due to PEA 🤷♀️.
