Yes, the approach for the technical fixing UC is really a great example of how to apply test and learn. What I find interesting is that services are more than the product design. It is in the right approach to take with people with complex needs. In that case, learning from UC is very different.

Good to highlight inclusion, and digital exclusivity. Local councils who you can only speak to once you have an email, a phone, credit, and the ability to figure out what is going on. Many councils are using this as a barrier to engaging people in need. So many homeless cannot get the help they need
