It was absolutely awful. Visited the Cheltenham branch and they acted as if they were doing us a favour by serving us. Place was empty as well. Food was terrible and service worse

The constant briefings which were at least economical with the truth did harm business and consumer confidence. A simple statement explaining the need to increase headroom would have sufficed, and additionally given the impression of a government in control

Surely they could count when they wrote the manifesto. I also thought there was a convention that Lords wouldn’t block manifesto commitments.

Does Starmer ever keep any promises? Public now view Starmer with utter contempt, and this is especially true for Labour activists.
