I will never understand why germans keep limiting cashless payments to EC-Cards. No wonder economy isn't growing...

The amount of water vapour in the atmosphere has never been this high (4.9% above the 1990-2000 average) according to our records. It amplifies global warming through the temperature-water vapour feedback, and fuels more destructive storms.

Can we take a moment to celebrate Wisdom the Albatross. 74 years old (tagged in 1956 already breeding), nesting on Midway Atoll despite all the ocean plastic, long line fishing, derelict fishing gear, habitat loss, climate change etc

This gives me hope!

Recently traveled to some Asian countries. It is schocking to see how much everyone is addicted to their phones. Everyone filming and taking 1000 pictures instead of living the moment. Attention on the phone screen and not on other pedestrians, let alone cars. Listening to tiktok videos out loud.😩
