Yeah, shootings have every day but people only care when it's against the people who make the system terrible for everyone else.

I did not think about that, it is good for his case. His defense is not going to try to prove that he is innocent, it is going to try to prove the healthcare system is fucked up.

With that being said though even if it is good for his case, it's messed up to charge him with stuff like that.

He got pardoned, but not for an "eTeRNIty" of criminal activity, and this is violently off topic.
