When I finished CLARISSA, I had to note the place and precise moment. Without a doubt a life-enhancing book.
"Fletcher Free Library, Burlington, VT, 2/4/94, 3:22 pm" is written in pen on the bottom left-hand corner of a curling and yellowing final page of the body if the novel CLARISSA.
