Absolutely. I live in the California desert now after a lifetime in the northeast. I miss those early morning, crisp winter runs.

It's such a big part of my life. A day just doesn't feel complete without a run!

I get very grumpy. I've been pretty lucky in 45 plus years as far as injuries. I'm 72 years old and my wife just asked me yesterday "what are you going to do if you get to a point you can't run anymore". I said hopefully I'll be dead and won't have to worry about it!😂

Only stopped mid run twice due to injuries. Never dnf'd a race, although I've never tried an ultra and only done two marathons.

I'm retired now so it's easy. Back when I was still working I used to be out at like 5 am. Some of my fondest running memories are early morning runs in a light snow before the sun comes up.

Running has put me in touch with the beauty that exists in the world. Also, I've solved many of the problems in my life during runs!

Pretty much anything available, but pancakes are near top of the list cause I try to stay away from "bad carbs" for the majority of the time.

Every time I've felt that way, I just take some time off. In a few days I'm itching to get back to it again.

I started running over 45 years ago to lose some weight. Before I knew it I was addicted and been running ever since!
