Comet C/2025 R2 (SWAN) from a few nights ago. It comes by here every 650 or so years. It’s in a really ‘starry’ part of the sky now which makes it extra nice.

Heart of Gas...the Heart Nebula, a big area of gas and dust shaped like a heart and reddish in color in the constellation Cassiopeia. It's as big as 4 full moons but unfortunately too dim to see without a camera.

Barnard's Star, in the constellation Ophiuchus (it's the red star close the center of the image). The closest star that can be seen from the northern hemisphere and one of the fastest moving stars, relative to us, in the sky.

I've been collecting pictures of stars with my telescope the last little while. I have over 200 now. This is one of my latest ones, Muliphein in Canis Major. I think the all the background stars and their colors look pretty cool.

The seestar was a trooper tonight, spent 5 hours out in < -5 degrees C weather, captured images of 32 stars, no problems whatsoever. The only reason we stopped was clouds.
