Our Federal agencies continue to violate the Hatch Act by posting illegal banners at the top of their home pages, falsely blaming Democrats for the government shutdown. This morning I encountered this repulsive banner on the Small Business Administration website.

This is the Hatch Act violation banner on today's home page of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). (Republicans control Congress and the White House; they have the power to end the shutdown on a moment's notice.)
