Actually, I'll rephrase that, trans women in general are going to be put into potentially dangerous situations regardless of whether they pass or not, even cis women could find themselves in the same situations if they don't look feminine enough. This is not a victory for anyone.

And what about trans men? Do they get to stay in male spaces, or do they have to use female spaces as they're now legally recognised as women? And what happens to the trans women who pass as cis women? Are they not being put into a potentially dangerous situation by forcing them into male spaces?

Will it be done by inspection? I don't think I need to say why that'll be a problem. Do all women need to carry around medical records at all times to identify if they're biologically female or not when they just want to use the bathroom? How is this going to work?
