For comparison, ServiceNow has $12B in revenue and $1.6B in profit on a trailing twelve month basis, while Atlassian is running on $5B and a $200M loss on the same basis.

It's essentially Atlasian with additional enterprise-level integrations, think native Salesforce, SAP, and NetSuite integrations. It can easily position itself as a Jira + Zendesk replacement or the first solution for older, non-tech companies.

If new guidance from ACIP removes the COVID vaccine, it will still be preventive care until the CO regulation can be updated. The normal update process typically takes at least 90 days. The reg also cites CDPHE guidance so there’s an additional room for delay ensuring coverage for the full season.

The Advisory Committee on Immunization Policies(ACIP) is the federal source of preventive care vaccines. However, ACIP hasn’t issued guidance since Jan 2025(pre RFK Jr). The reg simply states that Jan 2025 guidance will be the recognized source for preventive care vaccines in CO.

Kaiser is a bit unique in that they are both an insurer and a provider. Colorado DOI is proposing emergency regs to require insurers to cover COVID vaccines without cost sharing.

Charlie Munger has another quote: "Show me the incentive and I'll show you the outcome". Our first-past-the-post system encourages partisanship in reaching 50%+1 instead of considering solutions for the whole state.

However, when a regulatory agency directly references one political party and includes multiple political figures not associated with the agency, it still speaks to institutional decline and the breakdown of institutional trust.

I don't think the factual content of the press release is problematic but there are some glaring omissions, like a corresponding rise in subsidy amounts.
