Attempt 2.5 (didn’t have enough batter for 2 full sweet stuffed waffles). Lil cross section of an apple pie stuffed waffle. Honestly it turned out rather nice. Only things to work on is splitting the shake n pour batter better if used. And chop up the filling some. It was thick cut apples.

First attempt with my stuffed waffle maker. Thanksgiving stuffed waffle! Stuffing, gravy, turkey, and topped with mashed potatoes!!! Tricky to get out. But all part of the learning curve.

Tonight was a fun commander night. Finally played against my one friend. He played one “mean” Mothman deck (complete with intro music)!!! And then proceeded to run us all over with a squirrel army in game 2 lol. So many squirrels 🐿️ !!!

Yeah I had fun playing an unsleeved deck tonight! It takes me back to how I played when I was young and it just feels right. Especially getting that perfect shuffle and having the cards fall into place. It’s just chef’s kiss!!!

Bridge shuffling a proxied copy of my mono black commander deck just brings me old school joy from when I first played magic when I was younger! Granted this is a smidge trickier than expected. But they are new cards still. Really wanna scuff up the old white border ones to give them that aesthetic!
