I think he is a especially clever and strategic man, even if we don’t like his political views. With more government contracts and increasing AI capabilities, he will continue to move the needle in consumer tech, space and transportation. I even think he will enter the Defence space at some point.

I think Musk uses X to generate value in other parts of his company portfolio by amplifying his influence in politics, public opinion, and the perception of share value. It functions as a ‘loss leader’ that benefits SpaceX, Tesla, his claims against OpenAI, lobbying efforts in Washington, and more.

Yeah. Effective protesting seems to be more a European thing. The battle will be (already is) in controlling information to control hearts and minds (propaganda 1-0-1). That’s why I see BlueSky as the right place to get together between like-minded people against other populist echo chambers.

Indeed, but according to experts in geopolitics a clash between China and the US is almost inevitable. Technology supremacy will win this future war. I personally think capitalism might flourish in the age of techno-authoritarianism… but democracy, individual rights and freedoms, not sure.

Technopopulists just care about their exit multiples and carry fees. They have all nested around X to create an extremist echo chamber to erode institutions that took decades to build. I believe in in small government and capitalism, but not in dismantling democratic institutions and misinformation.

In the UK, Italy and Spain you just pay your taxes and you get Premium healthcare. No legalities, NDAs and other bs. You can get private insurance also if you need a quicker service with specialists. Not a perfect system, but it works pretty well.

It’s a blank canvas to build new and genuine relationships.
