Quebec did. The rest of Canada is just starting to try to catch up. And the system is far from ideal, but it’s something.

Carney is the Prime Minister. He’s definitely nowhere near perfect, but tolerable, I suppose.
Doug Ford is the Premier of Ontario. Alberta also has a super right wing government. Manitoba has a dope Indigenous Premier though!

Nope. Not since I was a child (a LONG time ago) and that was just Florida. I’m from Canada. That’s why this is so hard to swallow. Though cons up here are trying to dismantle our education systems as well.

I keep reading this statistic and cannot fathom how it’s true. REALLY? THAT many people in the US cannot read past a grade six level?!? It’s unbelievable. But I guess it makes sense now.
