I've been unable to draw lately due to schoolwork, so have this traditional doodle from last semester of my design for Jinjur (I really gotta draw her digitally to have a proper design for her)

Some hair has been harder to simplify than others, though. Shoutout to Ren Amamiya and Ryuji Sakamoto from Persona 5 for having some of the worst hair to simplify (but I got there eventually)

Artists, how do you draw hair? Show your art!

I have a tendency to simplify hair down to simple shapes (unironically learned from years of drawing Homestuck, which is an amazing study of how to make simple hair with iconic silhouettes). I only add in detail for flair or messiness. Works great!
