As leaders I’d like you to encourage your colleagues to not accept pay, hold press conferences daily, read this bill and say what you want EVERY DAY. PEOPLE are losing income. Take this to the public. Otherwise they’re hearing how terrible the Democrats are by not letting the bill go through.

July 2025 84,000 federal jobs were eliminated, with 12,000 of those jobs shed in July
August 2025 148,000 federal employees left. October 2025, over 4,000 were laid off.
Dept of Energy laid off 1,800 employees, or about 11% of its workforce
