Well I can assure you that the 5 eyes coalition will be falling apart. There is no way the UK will be giving the US the sort of intercepts it usually does because there is no way to be at all clear they won’t just hand it to Musk to monetise. I’m hoping AUKUS is also dead in the water.

It depends on whether they will be held under civil criminal law or military. This Aliens Act of 1790 doesn’t seem like it is likely to give much chance of a normal immigration hearing happening. Bet the military doesn’t have enough advocates to deal with it either so expect miscarriages of justice

They are certainly the ones that are actually buying the products constantly hawked on these pods. An 18 year old doesn’t have any money for your company that isn’t going to exist in 5-8 years when he finally does have some disposable income.
