Sometimes these birds (silvereyes) come and eat lunch with me. Delightful sweethearts. Pity the paper I used was horrendous but we carry on.

Ours are also clumsy but a lot of species are very very pretty. I adore them. My drawing isn't of an actual Christmas beetle but vaguely based on a different species.
